Community and Economic Development Funds Awarded to help with Soft Cost Development in Toledo

The Lincoln County Community and Economic Development Funds were awarded to Northwest Coastal Housing (NWCH) toward the advancement of a 30-unit apartment complex in Toledo called “Olalla Meadows”.
The units will be for households with 60% AMI and is planned to have 3 Permanent Supportive Housing units for individuals with 30% AMI. The funds will be utilized for architectural and civil engineering costs related to the site development of the project.
The City of Toledo is drafting a Land Lease with NWCH where the City maintains ownership of the land.
