Coastal Phoenix Rising Shelter

Coastal Phoenix Rising (CPR) is a 37-unit low-barrier Emergency Transitional Shelter with Navigation services funded by the Project Turnkey 1.0 funds awarded through the Oregon Community Foundation. NWCH provides Emergency Transitional Shelter to those referred by agency partners. The Shelter serves with a Navigation Team, 24/7 staffing, and independent units where individuals are treated with dignity and compassion. These serv­ices help give houseless individuals/families opportunities to im­prove their standard of living and their quality of life. These services include coordination of health and nutrition, case management, employment assistance, social service re­ferrals, conflict resolution, etc. Dogs welcome!
